Verzendbeleid

All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Allbirds Benelux is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you believe you made an error, please contact customer service to quickly resolve the issue. We are not able to change orders once our warehouse has processed your order.

All deliveries are shipped with Post NL although locally this could be a different shipping partner.

Time Frames
We offer free shipping on all orders above €50 in the Benelux with a delivery time frame of 2-5 business. Orders placed in the evening, weekend or on holidays are processed the following buisiness day. 
Please wait until 7 business days to reach out if your package has not been deliverd.

Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with Track & trace information. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us.

Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges of orders during the return shipment or the order process. If you want the same product in a different size or color, we advise you to place a new order. We can not guarantee that stock will be available when you place a new order. Note that you have 30 days to return an item.
